Payment Relief:
WALKAWAY Full-Term Standard with 4 or 6-month Payment Relief pays directly to your lender a lump sum equal to 4 x 30 or 6 x 30 days of loan or lease payments in the event of involuntary job loss, physical disability or critical illness up to $500 each. This payment is NOT pro-rated and never has to be re-paid even if you regain health and/or return to work inside the 4 x 30 or 6 x 30-day periods. Vehicle return privileges remain in effect for all covered events after the payment relief options are exhausted, including the one that triggered the payments.
Once you have supplied proof of claim a lump sum payment will be made directly to your vehicle loan or lease holder totalling 60 days of your payments, then after you re-submit continued proof of claim the other lump sum payment totalling 60 days of your payments will be made. Once 120 or 150 days of payments have been effected to your account you eligible for continued payments after a 30 day interim waiting period.
